⭐ **Extremely disappointing and overpriced service — BEWARE** I approached **A&A Team** for Corporate Tax filing services for my entity. After the scope was finalized, I was suddenly informed that my entity had related-party transactions and that benchmarking exercises were required. I asked for the charges and was quoted **AED 12,000 PER benchmarking exercise**. I ultimately paid **AED 24,000 for two exercises**. What happened afterward was honestly shocking. I came to understand that A&A Team **does not have an in-house team carrying out these benchmarking exercises and instead relies on third-party service providers**. The cost I was made aware of for the outsourced work was around **AED 3,000 per exercise**, while I was charged **AED 12,000 per exercise**. That means I paid approximately **4 times the underlying third-party cost — a 300% markup**. The biggest issue is not simply the price. It is the **complete lack of transparency**. If the work is being outsourced, clients deserve to know that before being charged an exorbitant amount. Instead, the pricing gave me the impression that I was paying for a specialized in-house professional service. For me, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the firm. **AED 24,000 is not a small amount**, and clients should not have to discover afterward that the work they paid such a premium for was being outsourced at a fraction of the price. My strongest advice to anyone considering A&A Team: **DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING OR MAKING PAYMENT.** Get competing quotations, ask who will actually perform the work, whether it is outsourced, and what the underlying scope and costs are. Based on my experience, I would **not recommend A&A Team** to anyone looking for transparent and fairly priced tax advisory services. **Think twice before engaging them.
